Meet with Yulo Made

Have questions or want to talk through your wedding keepsakes? Schedule a complimentary 30-minute call with Yulo Made or email us to discuss your ideas, options, and what would work best for your wedding.

Before Booking: You may meet with us up to 1–2 times while deciding on your service and keepsake options.

After Booking: Once your deposit is paid, your booking includes up to 2 additional planning meetings as we prepare for your wedding day.

Coordinate Sizing in Advance

Before your event, we'll provide you with a simple sizing document to share with your guests. As guests complete their information, both you and Yulo Made will be able to see who has submitted their sizing details, helping us get a better idea of what sizes we'll need to prepare ahead of time.

We do this to help keep the experience smooth and organized for everyone. Having sizing information in advance allows us to spend less time gathering measurements during your event, helping us avoid becoming overwhelmed and allowing your guests to enjoy the experience without unnecessary waiting.

If someone doesn't complete the form beforehand, that's okay — we can still assist with sizing in person when needed.

Pick the Moment

You decide when we join you. We can be there during the ceremony, cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, reception, or wherever it makes the most sense for your celebration.

Whether you want your guests to enjoy the experience throughout the evening or prefer to choose a specific part of the celebration, we'll work with you to find a time that feels natural for your day.

Our goal is to make the experience feel like a seamless part of your wedding rather than something you have to plan around. We'll coordinate the timing with you ahead of time so you can focus on celebrating while we take care of the rest.

We Bring the Experience

We'll arrive with everything we need to create your rings on-site. Guests can watch as we transform stainless steel spoons into their own custom rings right in front of them.

It's more than a favor — it's a live, in-person experience that gives your guests something they'll remember long after the celebration is over.

Celebrate the Couple

While we're there to create something special for your guests, we're never there to take away from the reason everyone is together.

We'll set up off to the side and keep our footprint intentionally minimal, allowing your guests to stop by, watch the process, and enjoy the experience while the celebration stays focused on you.
