Guests choose a spoon from our collection and provide their ring size. We then shape and finish the spoon into a custom ring right at the event. The process gives guests something fun to participate in while creating a memorable keepsak

No problem! You can use a string and a ruler to find your exact ring size! If guests are worried that the size will be off, we always make it slightly bigger so when the day of the event comes, we can size down as needed. We are able to size up slightly.

A Couple Approved Member is someone (such as a guest, family member, planner, or member of the wedding party) who has been approved by the couple to access their wedding-specific Yulo Made information, make decisions, communicate with, and submit selections along with or on the behalf of the couple. All other people not on the list will not be taken into consideration until the couple has approved of it.

Our spoon rings are made from stainless steel. It's a durable, easy-to-care-for material that makes each ring both unique and wearable long after your event. Stainless Steel is safe for most people. If you have a severe nickel allergy, wearing silverware made from standard flatware against your skin for long periods might cause itching or a mild rash and we offer keychains as an alternative. People with normal skin tolerance can usually wear it without issues.

Yes! Guests can choose from the selection we bring to your event. Since every spoon has its own shape and design, each ring will have its own unique look. If clients names are engraved by name and different, we limit the choices to two silverware options.

We offer packages for a variety of event sizes. Your guest count, event timeline, and desired experience will help us determine the best setup and package for your wedding. Our max is 300 guests. If there are more guest, please email General@yulomadeco.org .

Timing depends on your guest count, amount of Yulo Made employees, and event setup. Time also depends on if we have a list ready 45 days before the event for us to prepare. We engrave 30 days in advance and try to prep the sizes a head of time. We'll work with you ahead of time to plan the experience around your wedding schedule and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Approximately 1 hour to 4 hours.

A Booking Deposit is required to reserve your Event date. For clients who attended the Safe Haven Bridal Expo on August 30, 2026, a 40% nonrefundable Booking Deposit may be available to qualifying clients who signed up at the Expo and received the applicable special code. The special 40% rate is not available solely because a client received or possesses the code. Beginning October 1, 2026, the standard Booking Deposit will be 50%, and pricing may also increase by approximately $3–$5 per keepsake. Your Event date is not officially reserved until Yulo Made receives the required deposit and confirms your booking in writing. Please allow 3–5 business days for booking confirmation. For Events booked fewer than 30 days in advance, the full amount is due at booking and is nonrefundable. Unless otherwise stated, remaining balances are due 45 days before the Event.

Events may generally be rescheduled once, subject to Yulo Made’s availability and the applicable rescheduling fee: $100 for 45+ days, $150 for 30–44 days, and $250 minimum for fewer than 30 days. The new date generally must occur within 12 months of the original Event date. Additional costs may apply for replacement materials, rush production, shipping, travel, redesign, or other Event-specific expenses. If Yulo Made is unavailable for the new date, the client may be offered cancellation under the applicable policy or, when possible, an Engrave & Ship alternative.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. For cancellations 45 or more days before the Event, the Booking Deposit remains nonrefundable, while eligible additional payments may qualify for a partial refund. For cancellations 30–44 days before the Event, additional payments may be refundable only to the extent permitted under Yulo Made’s cancellation policy. For cancellations fewer than 30 days before the Event, all payments are generally nonrefundable. If the wedding itself is permanently canceled more than 30 days before the Event, Yulo Made may provide a courtesy refund equal to 50% of the original Booking Deposit, subject to applicable deductions. This exception does not apply when the wedding continues but the client changes venues, dates, vendors, or decides not to use Yulo Made. Special Circumstances If an Event must be canceled or rescheduled because of serious illness, hospitalization, death involving the Couple or an immediate family member, or another significant circumstance outside the client’s reasonable control, Yulo Made will review the situation in good faith and may offer a date transfer, waived fees, refund of eligible payments, or another reasonable accommodation. Refunds may be reduced by personalized materials, completed work, shipping, travel, or other nonrecoverable expenses.
